On 11th May, I placed an order with D Couple Online Couture for 2 dresses worth ₹1649. Out of the two, I received only one dress after a month’s delay. The second dress has not been delivered even after 4 months, and no refund has been issued despite repeated follow-ups.
This is a clear case of non-delivery of prepaid goods and unethical business practices.
I urge you to take immediate action against D Couple Online Couture for:
1. Non-delivery of prepaid goods.
2. Investigating their business operations for potential malpractice.
3. Processing a refund of ₹826 (the cost of one dress) along with compensation for the harassment and distress caused.
4. Implementing strict measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
I sincerely hope that your intervention will bring relief to affected customers and hold D Couple Online Couture accountable for their actions.
