I have buy an amazon basic tv on 5 june 2023 on which a problem occur of remote in which i have a complaint against a amazon service as i have complaint about the remote earlier the call is not receiving but after the receiving the call the have apppoint the technique he said the remote will replace in a week but the remote has not come after calling them again no proper information is providing to me just saying to call after the some day and delaying to me and as the remote is the basic thing in tv so much problem is arising and they are just saying the part is missing i have complaint on 16 july 2023 . nut till now i am not having any proper information
it a request to file a complaint against amazon service for not providing the proper information to the customer and delaying his product as soon as possible
