Dear sir/madam,
I’m Raveendra g m. I have account in SBI bank dabaspete branch.On 13/10/2023 rs 10000/- deducted from my account and message showing in statement as “Transfer to 4899499105212 FI Txn @CSP outlet- 007847561699747902 AEPS OFFUS Issuer WDL TXN-“.
I don’t know why my amount is deducted from my account. Even I didn’t get any kind of message regarding this deduction on my mobile number nor I didn’t share any details with anyone. So I’m complaining on this issue.
I have visited by SBI branch many time on this issue but they are able to say anything that informed me to complaint to cyber crime officially so I’m writing this complain please resolve this problem as soon as posibble. Hopefully I’ll get my deducted money back to my account.
