Sir……
I had an agreement with crown tech that I will complete 600 resume within one week. Unfortunately my personal laptop became error and I informed them that it needs 3 weeks to get cleared. But they replied that I have violated the agreement and I have to pay 4500 plus gst within 1 hour. They threatened me by saying that If I don’t pay the amount they will move legally. Due to avoid such actions in order to save my time as a student I borrowed the amount from my friend and paid it on time. But then they called me to pay 4200 rupees to cancel the agreement and gave me time of 10 more minutes. I had to attend an exam and due to their threatening , it was a worst experience for me. They again called me at evening that if I don’t pay this amount to them, they will handover my file to legal department and I have to 28000 rupees. I strongly opposed them because I paid 5664 rupees including GST . Again and again they threaten me. Sir…..I am student,, I depend my family , please help me please,,, can I refund this amount which is a large amount for us because we earn hardly to lead even our day to day life…….?It was really mental harassing too….that lady says that 4200 is a small amount and easy to pay within minutes. I do believe in the judicial system of India. Please help me sir…….
