I have taken a loan of 30k from creditt app in aug2022 and paid back the amount on due date. Last month again i took loan of 30k and my due date was 31st jan2023 which i missed due to financial crunch.they started calling me up from different numbers and giving whatsapp messages. I stopped taking calls but was connecting them through mail.and asked for time. Day before yesterday i got a whatsapp message of my video which was a part of their sanctioning process where i clearly say that i would be liable to pay the amount by 28.2.23. this video message was autotyped by them only which we need to say in camera and send them the video.
Yesterday they started calling my contacts and defaming me..i called them up and said that i would pay the amount by eod..but they literally threatened me and was talking rubbish..(i had the recording)..i was mentally harassed and tortured by them.i immediately paid 30k principal amount to them..i requested to waive off the interest part.
Please stop and close this creditt app which may lead people to committ suicide also..people may have problem and they need to understand the same .
I have been defamed by them and i want justice on this..

Asha korchhi reply korbe and hoping you have recovered from the mess these apps have created. I was also going to take a loan from this Creditt+ app but before that I felt maybe I should check the internet in case they are also a scam like other apps. The UI seemed legit and in permissions also, they are only taking camera and location permission so how did they access your contacts?
Or did they change their permissions after all these reports?
While applying for the loan, we have to give 10 reference contacts. So are they harassing only those 10 people, or do they have access to the remaining complete contact list?
