Text of Complaint by Ataulla Khan:

CRED APP fetched the wrong card in my account and accepted my payment without any CVV or Expiry Date confirmation. On 21-July-2022 it’s been over a month I am every day I chat with their customer care but there is no solution.

I have checked with the bank and they gave a statement of credit card there clearly they have not received any amount on 21st July 2022.

But still, cred customer care people not solving the issue

I am sharing a statement from the bank there clearly have not received the amount
and also cred app confirmation of amount both.

please help I have been trying for the last one month and these people keep circling but no solution
