Respected Sir/mam,
I am Dr.N.Narendran from Madurai(Tamil Nadu), India. I have received an invitation through skoda car showroom stating that I am eligible free gift voucher for 2days stay in club mahindra. After going in the showroom they have shown 45minutes presentation of club mahindra and explained about the resorts and told me the benefits of membership plans. As i have asked them clearly about the usage of holiday voucher and membership booking, they have promised that within 2days of verification call, i can book the resorts anywhere. But that voucher is of no use because no rooms are available in the resorts i have selected for the upcoming 5months. Regarding this I tried to contact the sales team who have enrolled me. Instead of telling the reality that voucher is of no use, they kept on dragging the booking and fooling me literally stating that booking is confirmed for me. Since I found that this sales team is fooling me around and i have mailed them regarding cancelling my membership and refund of money (Rs 37000). But i got to know through the other complaints that refund process is not happening even after cancellation. So kindly go through this complaint and get my refund process done as soon as possible.
