Subject:- Cashe loan recovery agent is not following RBI guidelines.
I withdrew Rs. from Cashe [BHANIX FINANCE AND INVESTMENTLTD]. Had taken a loan of Rs. 77000, through this I paid EMI for 07 months (Per month EMI Rs. 8149).
Now my 02 months emi payment is overdue, due to my financial problem this payment is getting delayed.
I have informed Cashe Customer Service Center about the reason for due payment via phone/email. (evidence email attached).
I keep getting calls from different numbers and keep sending messages on WhatsApp. Legal action will be taken against you and people will be sent to your house.
Cashe recovery agent says that he will come to my house/work place and forcefully take payment from me. The language of the person is very rude. (evidence attached)
Cashe finance loan recovery agent is sending what’s app messages on my phone call list, which is a violation of RBI Guidelines. (evidence attached)
I humbly request you to please take immediate action on the above issue.
