Bengal – 734001, wants to draw your kind to my complaint against certain cash loan apps, whose details are attached herewith.

I took small cash loans from 30 cash loan apps due to some personal requirements. I was under the impression that they will charge a reasonable amount of interest, as per RBI guidelines; however, they charged me more than 50% in service fee + interest + GST.

Moreover, they gave me only 7 days to pay off the loan.

Their terms and conditions are not clear, so I was not able to understand that they will ask me to pay the approved amount, and not the amount that was disbursed + reasonable interest.

Also, their customer care representatives started to call me from day 1, and started to threaten me to pay the loan immediately, or they would start calling my contacts. They also said that they would misuse my Aadhar card, and pan card details, and I have the call recording of the same.

Their calls are threatening, harassing, abusive, and loud, and they don’t just threaten me, but they also threaten random people from my contact list.

I even have WhatsApp chats where they have sent me life-threatening messages. They downloaded my WhatsApp profile picture, cropped it, and wrote, “Fraud Family” on it. They said that they will circulate that picture to all of my contacts.

I can forward screenshots of the texts if required.

I am very concerned about my personal details on PAN card, and Aadhar Card that these companies have.

I request you to do something about the same. Please help!
