Dear Sir,
For the Home tuitions for my daughter Agamya B Shirur I have made following payments:
On 16 Feb 2023 i paid Rs.1,09,200 to Byjus (through PayU : BYJUS000230216124138385 – Rs 10,000 & PayU : BYJUS0002302160323403618 – Rs.99200.
However, my daughter got only 8 classes then after no classes were taken at all.
Then i have contacted the Manager, who was in charge of it, for many months, he went on committing to arrange the tutors, but he couldn’t.
Further, I requested cancellation of the subscription & cancellation was initiated in mid-May.
Furthermore, while discussing about cancellation they proposed to provide learning tabs (SD cards they call) for two daughters for Rs 50000 & rest amount 59200 will be refunded, regarding which i got an email on 08-06-2023.
Until today, i haven’t got SD cards & refund of remaining amount.
Please help on this.
