I am writing this letter to express my disappointment regarding the services provided by BYJU’S company. On 31st august 2023, I availed the services for my wife and was dissatisfied with how they did not even bother to check if the wife attending classes. Despite my repeated attempts to seek redressal, I was unable to receive any satisfactory response from the customer service department. I was left feeling ignored and frustrated by the lack of attention to my complaints. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that this service is canceled and the amount is refunded.I am already paid 10000 and he will continuous call to pay remaining amount
I am put a mail to byju in 24 november but they didnt response.
