I booked a high security number plate from this website “bookmyhsrp.com” which is government authorized company for high security number plates. I selected home delivery option by paying extra and selected the appointment for 20/6/2021 between 9AM to 1PM. I got no communication from the company (no mail, text or call). I waited for whole day, no one came. Called the customer care number next day they said it will be done by 23rd (again no email or text) again no one came. Called the customer care again, they said I am giving you 100% assurity/ guarantee it will be done on 24/6. I waited on that day too (no one came). Next day 25/6, called the customer care again, now they are saying it will be done on 30/6. I have no trust on there words anymore and as they are not providing anything in writing this looks like a fraud company.
Please look into this and take action against them so that they stop harassing the customers. If they cant provide the service then please return my money.
