I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered regarding my HSRP booking. On 22-02-2023, I booked my HRSP number and the amount was debited from my account. However, I have not yet received any order number or order confirmation notification. I have contacted the HSRP customer care, and they have informed me that they have not received the amount yet and have advised me to send an email. I have sent an email asking about the query, but there has been no response from their end. I have also sent them several reminders over email, but still, there has been no response from their side.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. Attached is the payment transaction screenshot for your reference.
