CONFIRMATION GIVEN ON 09-April-2021 for visit. Appointment time was 09:00 AM-01:00 PM. Waited till the time and than it was automatically rescheduled till 5 pm. My whole day wasted . Made a complaint to them and called there customer care it was rescheduled for other dates and so many dates they have given me till date.
On 21 June 2021 it was confirmed for 10- 1 pm . Called them 11.30 it was confirmed arrival before1 p.m. waited till 1 p. M. When i called them at 1 p.m they said it needs to be rescheduled again. On 23 June 2021 i have taken follow-up for the service they have given me for 28 June 2021 its a another date.
I have paid advance money to them we are waiting as per the time slot Appointment given for home visit but struggling for the service done.
Again and again they wasting our time and giving us mental harassments.
