I had ordered ORD795893358 estimated time of delivery showed 18 minutes however even after 25 minutes the order was not delivered so had called to check status showed as delivered when it was not delivered to me. The delivery person named (as shown on Blinkit app) Chirthalli, so called ” Sharath” on call very unprofessional said he called me four times but not a single miss call on my mobile had come when I have full network coverage. He said to Blinkit executive Ms. Saima that he marked it by mistake but while speaking to me he never apologized to me nor he said he will retry to deliver it to me. I want to register a complaint against this kind of cheaters and to an extend even Blinkit is also responsible for this as they don’t do background checks for this kind of delivery partners
