I took loan from the app and supposed to pay on time. For 14 days period they give me 15000 loan. I got 11730 rs after deduction of processing fee and GST charges etc. In loan documents it was mentioned that i can opt for 2 time extension in which I need to pay 3270 rs for 14 days loan extension. They were going against the loan agreement and not provided any extension. Now my payment is overdue and they are charging 300 Rs per day penalty. They started calling on my relatives, friends and colleagues numbers. They are doing all the things and talking in inappropriate langauge to my relatives. I request you to please take necessary actions against them. They are not following RBI guidelines.
