I have paid all total bill in advance and then port in VI. My number stopped after porting 2 months. When I called VI customer care, they told me that!My number has been suspended from Airtel as my bill is ₹ 1000 left. When I was porting from Airtel to VI, I paid the entire bill in advance. My number has been closed for two months. I am getting so much problem, who is responsible for it?
