Hi this is swati i was using ur airtel broadband from last 1 year. In between service got pathetic so i told them to switch off the connection as it was not making sense to keep the connection but still the connection was not disconnected.
I m not in the condition to pay the bill i already told them to wave off previous month still ur executive are calling again and again harassing me like any thing…. This is not the way to treat the customer.
So please stop all this and switch off my connection and increase ur service don’t give pathetic service….. It effected my job too
