I ordered a JBL Charge 5 speaker from Banjara Electronics on 24th August 2025. The order included a free item (Apple EarPods).
When the package was delivered on 13th September 2025, the main product (JBL Charge 5) was missing, and I only received the free Apple EarPods.
I immediately raised the issue with the seller and provided proof (bill and unboxing video). The seller acknowledged the issue and promised to refund my payment by 2nd October 2025. However, as of today, the refund has not been credited.
This delay and negligence is causing me financial loss and mental stress. The seller has been uncooperative and misleading throughout this process.
Relief Sought:
1. Immediate refund of the full order amount.
2. Compensation for harassment, delay, and inconvenience caused.
3. Strict action against the seller for unfair trade practices.
