I placed an order for food products from Bakingo on 4:21 pm with order ID 2878353. They promised to deliver the food between 5 and 7 pm, but this was incredibly exhausting. After complaining and taking my problem further, I received a Grievance offer, stating that Rohit Kumar was acting rudely and misbehaving.
Please evaluate my predicament, make plans for a return, and customer demand compensation in response.
