Subject: Complaint Against Bajaj finserv Regarding Debit Mandate Fail Charge
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention and lodge a formal complaint against Bajaj finserv, a leading financial institution, with regard to the unauthorized deduction of funds from my account. I am deeply dissatisfied with the company’s actions, and I seek your intervention to rectify this matter promptly.
I am a customer of Bajaj finserv and have been using their services for some time. I purchased a washing machine through the Bajaj EMI Network card facility on 05-04-2023, and I duly paid an EMI of Rs. 2,717 in advance on 29/04/2023. The payment was successfully processed, and I received confirmation of the transaction.
To my utmost astonishment, on May 11, 2023, I discovered that Bajaj finserv had deducted an additional amount of Rs. 295 from my account without any prior intimation or explanation. Upon investigating this deduction, I learned that it was labeled as a “debit mandate fail charge.”and they blocked my Bajaj Network EMI Card.
This deduction is completely unjustified and amounts to an unfair financial burden on my part. Bajaj finserv had no valid reason or authorization to deduct any amount from my account beyond the agreed-upon EMI. I have fulfilled all my financial obligations towards the purchase of the washing machine, and this arbitrary charge violates the trust and transparency that should exist between a financial institution and its customers.

In light of the aforementioned circumstances, I kindly request the Consumer Court to initiate an investigation into this matter and take appropriate action against Bajaj finserv. I seek the following resolutions:
Immediate reversal of the unauthorized deduction of Rs. 295 from my account.
Compensation for the mental distress and inconvenience caused by this arbitrary charge.
Strict disciplinary action against Bajaj finserv for engaging in such unfair and unethical practices.
Measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future, safeguarding the interests of all Bajaj finserv customers.
Enclosed with this complaint are copies of relevant documents, including proof of the advance payment made on 29/04/2023, and evidence of the unauthorized deduction on May 11, 2023. I trust that these documents will aid in your investigation and support my claim against Bajaj finserv.
I urge you to treat this matter with the utmost urgency, as it directly affects my financial well-being and reflects the integrity of financial institutions. I have faith in the Consumer Court’s commitment to justice and hope for a swift resolution in this case.
