Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention and lodge a formal complaint against Bajaj finserv, a leading financial institution, with regard to the unauthorized deduction of funds from my account.
September 10, 2023, I discovered that Bajaj finserv had deducted an additional amount of Rs. 295 from my account without any prior intimation or explanation. Upon investigating this deduction, I learned that it was labeled as a “debit mandate fail charge.”
