Hi.. This is Amit Kumar. I would like to tell you . Your service is very poor .  I am very disappointed because . You always give me wrong information . And always telling a lie.

Why are you doing with me?

Earlier you have said me.your have got 5GB extra data and you can use after 1.4 Mb , so why I am not using.

When I had called your customer care executive .

That time he said to me.

You are not eligible .why I am not eligible ?

I have a proof ..and I do upload a screenshot of my phone . This information iIhave given in your balance helpline No. *121*51#

One more thing .. I want to ask what do you think after read my screen shot .. please

Explain me ..

And service is very bad almost 10 to 15 times . You have registered my complain .but Not resolve .. No sataisfaction call after resolving message
