I have complaint against the staff behaviour of airtel office located in dugri phase 2 .Madam name shivani and a other boy work there they was very rude to us. I was go there with my friend for swap his father,s sim card. Some of his banking work were overdue cause we don,t have the sim card, his father was expire. When my friend firstly visit the store before lockdown they were charged us 200 and some document of his father,s death for the sim swap process and they ask us they will issue the sim In a week we go there after week then they they ask come after 1 month after that the lockdown start and they ask come after the lockdown open and we go there after lockdown open on the madam who submit our documents was not there they ask us that she was going on leave madam named shivani talk us very risky we say to madam about my friend ,s father death even then she ask us that we don’t swap sim without the person which document are submit.i ask her how can its possible and then she ask us in hyper tone that she will not doing our sim swap process . I ask her if you can,t do that then give back our document and money she refuse for doing both I ask her if you don’t give my document we are not going anywhere then she ask her colleague to call the police his behavior toward us is very rude she have no knowledge of how to treat with customer how to solve their issue she has lack of knowledge in customer care service
