The girl’s name is Riya and I have her phone number i.e. 8368563756 …she works with Airtel and and was the one who got my Vodafone number converted to Airtel.
I always to get a prepaid number and she assured me that within 15 days of conversion she will get my postpaid number converted to prepaid…
But it has been around 2 months now…
and she kept on making false promises initially that it will be done soon and has now stopped answering my calls and even blocked my number …
I want some strict action to be taken against such people who misguide and make false promises to their customers . I have all the messages she had sent to me as a proof….. If you can do something then pls do at the earliest.
