Text of Complaint by Akash Wadhwani:

Hi,

I submitted an application for a new connection 2 weeks ago on 01/07/2020, the number allotted to me is 05221646007.
The connection has still not activated and I have paid for the whole year.
The airtel employee who came to my house to collect the payment has stopped taking my calls, even after messaging him, again and again, there has been no response.
I don’t have his name, I have his phone number: +91 8400849044
Attaching the screenshots of our conversation and our data connection.
Please help me in establishing a connection and please take strict action against this unprofessional and uncouth attitude towards me.
It is seriously disrespectful and demanding.
Please let me know regarding any concerns or updates.
