Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings
We have returned Marks & Spencer Women’s Synthetic Cardigan (T38/7752_Light Pink_S (8)) on 2nd January, but we have not receive amount till date.
I was contact with amazon agent several time regarding the issue he told me that it’s product used & older, hence this product amount not refund
Sir, how I know received product is old. I have returned the same item which I have received on 1st jan’21
We requested you to please resolve the issue & refund initiate or provide the order item.
This is the third time issue with amazon.
