Text of Complaint by Shikher Arora:

Hi

I placed a request for return on 19th November and no one came to pick the product that i purchased. They sent a damaged product (king Size Bed- Rs Rs.14,625.00, Order ID: 402-7381622-1318762).  Every day i used to contact customer care executives and they always promised that we will schedule a product for next. On 25 November, executive told me that just wait for 1 more day for the pickup else we will refund your money and later will pickup the product. Today, again they failed to pick up the product. I contacted them again but they gave me same response to wait for one more day and denied refunding money before pickup. All they time they false promises and even lie to me about refund. They also have call recordings where they promised me money return even if the product is not picked on 26th November. Please take strict actions against them. I even contacted the manufacturer of the bed, he told me to use it for some days and it wont create any issues. But bed makes lot of noises since the bed not properly maid and most of the parts are miss aligned.
