I hav purchase a mobile phone redmi note 12 5g but when mobile was delivered and i open it from that time phone was hang and too slow… i hav raise complaint in Amazon but they just send technician and reset the phone, and not taking any replacement step towards it.. the phone has 7 days replacement policy and reason hang and slow in it… so they must hav to replace it… but they just give me different different ans and wasting the 7 days replacement period.. please help me to resolve this problem
