I have order some item from Amazon online shoping app of amount rs.3000 (approx). Later on 22/2/2023 when I check to see update regarding my order. I found that it was update as delivered. Then I contact customer service to inform that I have not received the item then they hold my phone about 5 to 10 min and then they inform me that I was the fault of delivery agent,he has not delivered the item but update as delivered. Then they ask me whether I want the item or you want the refund then i told them to refund option. Then they assured me that I will get my refund within two or three working days and they ask me to update my bank details with IFSC code on app so that they can refund my amount. After three days i against contact customer service for refund .same response has been made. Then on 16/3/2023 i against contact customer service regard my problem then after 15 min hold my line and reply me that item has been delivered and they can’t make refund.
