Text of Complaint by Nirmal Upadhyaya:

I have ordered many items from Amazon fresh in which Fortune chakki Atta 5 kg was not delivered to , once I got to know that item is not delivered and in the portal it shows delivered status. Then I called to the delivery person and he said there was no fortune chakki Atta given to us. And I have the recording to the same. Then I called many times to the customer support and they did not help me and they said we have delivered the item to you and alleging that I did the fraud.i requested to escalate my complaint to the senior executive three time they did it I was waiting on the call that someone will pick the phone up. But till 45 -50 min they did not reply . That time I had the exams so I did not register proper complaint against them .And I have been prime members for a long time. And the experience was frustrating and I felt like that I was mentally harassed by them.
