I bought the Samsung galaxy M21 mobile from amazon store in July 2020.
Last month I tried to exchange Samsung’s M21 on Amazon store, but these phones are not available for exchange (but are available for sale).
I wanted to call Amazon help line and get information about it, then it came to know that Amazon will not be able to help in any way about it.
I am able to see that this mobile phone is not only available for exchange on Amazon store (Flipkart is available for Tata click and exchange elsewhere).
I am not getting answer my question why my handset is not available for exchange while same phone available for sell ??
And why not mentioned on the invoice that mobile will not exchange in future???
I called to Amazon help line more than 10 times and they are not going to help on this.. and funny part is thay are suggesting me to sell to local shop.
I emailed to Amazon team more then 12 times but no response I tried share my review Amazon but still thay are not posting on website.
So complaint is.
1) If my phone ( Samsung galaxy m21) not available on exchange (Amazon Store) why Amazon not mentioned in invoice (phone will not be available for exchange).
2)I am prime member of Amazon and trying to buy new mobile (mi 10i )which is available only on Amazon store.
3)I was chasing this since 2 month and I am not getting any help from Amazon team.
