I am writing to complain about an issue with Online Shopping at AJIO. I have contacted your customer services team with my complaint, but am dissatisfied with the response I’ve received so far. This is because Ajio luxe is a scam. I had received a wrong product and when I returned the product they said it’s a non ajio item. Now they are not initiating the refund. That’s not even fair. My total refund amount is 32,518. My return ID is RT131267506. I actually paid for the service I didn’t get.
