Hi Airtel
My Airtel No is 9781977393. I want to launch a complaint regarding the Airtel Store ( Sobti Complex, Baba Than Singh Chowk, Opposite Bank of Baroda, Shingar Palace, Shingar Road, Punjab 141008 ) Employee named Mr.Pankaj and Mr.Lalit.These two employees are extremely unprofessional in terms of communication and customer service.
I would like to share the incident which happened to me on 3 July 2019 when I went to the store to pay the monthly bill. I asked Mr. Lalit that I want to pay by card but he is so careless that he asked me that by mistake he opted for the cash option. On that, I asked him how can he do that as I don’t have cash at that time. On that, Mr. Pankaj said to go to the ATM and bring cash. This is so ridiculous and unprofessional act of him.
This stores service is very poor sometimes they used to say our server is down please come tomorrow, sometime they say net banking is not working please pay cash. The staff is unprofessional and non-technical. I always see these guys laughing and making fun of customers.
I want you to look at the issue so that your customer services don’t get hampered due to the unprofessional staff like this.
