I wanted to make complaint against Airtel regarding their disgusting service.
Actually I was having postpaid connection of Airtel with Rs. 399/month plan, I used that plan upto 4 months then I needed to convert the connection in prepaid, for the same I went to Airtel store and I settled all the bill amount upto 22 Jan 2019 and the executive taken my request regarding postpaid to prepaid connection.
But after that I have not received any call regarding Conversion of postpaid to prepaid, so I went to Airtel store again for an issue and then they told me that don’t worry about the issue you’re connection got converted into prepaid.
But I checked the myairtel and I found that my connection is not converted into prepaid so again I went to Airtel store and I showed them and then they checked the issue at that time they found that they have made mistake because they made my connection auto retrieval by executive named prajkta kamble.
So they told me settle the amount once again upto that day so I refused to do same so they simply told me we cannot help you regarding same issue.
So after that I made complaint to 121(upto 5-6 times) but they also not solved my issue and upto 2 month my connection is on and they generated the postpaid bill and still they banned my outgoing and internet.
And finally they banned my incoming connection too.
I completely got harassed by the Airtel service, Because I have taken regular folloup of an issue still they banned my connection.
