I have recharge airtel mobile number 9826535596 on 17th may 20 by rs 399.  Rs 349 deducted from my bank account and rs 50 deducted from SBI rewardz. During process mobile couldn’t get recharge. My rs 349 didn’t get credit to my account also. I lodged complaint to Bank, but they informed that amount credited to airtel company and did not backed to bank, so call to airtel. There is no option seeing to complaint against airtel. The transaction I’d seeing in statement is SBIPG 013880031307
