This is G.K.Bhaskara Rao from Nirmal in Telangana.My mobile number is 9849586629.Actually i am facing problem with internet from last one month.I cannot access my internet from last one month so that i called to 121 costomer care number and complaint about my problem .Those costomer care people raised a ticket 10 days back and upto now it has not been solved when i asked them again about my problem they are saying that it will be resolved in next 10 days saying like this every time.Ultimately they are not solving my issue.I am not satisfied with the service which they are providing .These costomer care people also answering very reclessly with the costomers If u want u can complaint against airtel to any one like that these people are answering to costomers problems.Kindly resolve my issue as early as possible and take action against them again it should not be repeated.Thanking you
