Text of Complaint by Poulomi Roy on Behalf of Swapan Purkait:

I would like to inform you that due to bad connectivity and high tariff rate of airtel net connection we have discontinued the airtel internet service. The person who contact us we have reported him and requested to discontinue the service but instead of doing that I am receiving calls from airtel for payment though I am not using the service at all.
I am launching complaint to consumer forum regarding this for unnecessary harassment and charging huge bill on customer. Even the representative of mine who went to take connection asked for pre paid connection but probably your intention was to give bad service and raise unnecessary bills that is why you have made us fool and gave us post paid connection.
I do not want any further phone calls from airtel and want them to stop this service as we have already informed we are no longer using the service.

Mr. Swapan Purkait on whose name this connection is , not educated enough that is the reason of Airtel is thinking it is easier to cheat a customer.
