Hi, i would like to register a compliment against airtel for not providing the proper network and internet speed as promised by the company…i was facing this network issue since January 2020 and register atleast 6 to 7 complaints on airtel 121 and even by visiting store as well…but still my problem isn’t solved and ignored as well… airtel Also doesn’t provide any information about resolving of complaint or not… and the employees behaviour is Also unacceptable …when i visited the store for filing a complaint against my network issue…they straight away told me to port my sim to other company network…what kind of behaviour is this when I’m actually paying 300 to 400 per month for internet and still not getting the proper speed that i can attend my online classes…. airtel have to resolve my issue…or give me in written that airtel is not capable for attending online classes..
