Subject: Complaint against Airtel for Non-Delivery of Promised 5G Free Data
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Airtel for failing to deliver the promised 5G free data and for inadequate resolution of my repeated complaints.
I am a resident of Chakapur, Village, Post Bankapur Taluk Shiggaon Dist Haveri-581202 and have been a loyal customer of Airtel for 10 years. Recently, Airtel assured its customers of free 5G data as part of their promotional offer. However, despite multiple assurances, I have not received the promised 5G data.
I have lodged complaints with Airtel customer service on 04-Aug-2024 & 16-Aug-2024, and each time, I was assured that the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, the problem persists, and I have not received any satisfactory resolution.
Details of my complaints are as follows:

This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I request the Consumer Court to take necessary action against Airtel for their failure to deliver the promised service and for their inadequate handling of my complaints.
I am attaching copies of all relevant documents, including my complaint records and correspondence with Airtel, for your reference.
