This is to report a fraud data usage report by Airtel on data usage on my mobile phone for the past 2 days.
I have tried contacting your helpline numbers – 121, 198, 9810012345.
Very conveniently, there is no option to talk to any customer care agent and after wasting so much time through the meaningless options, the so-called helpline just cuts the line.
I have raised a complaint here yesterday also.
Airtel app claims 1. 5 GB data used.
Phone says 620 MB data used.
