Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to file a formal complaint against Airtel regarding the discrepancy in data usage on my mobile plan. I am an Airtel user and have subscribed to the Rs. 239 pack that offers 1.5 GB of data per day.
However, I have noticed a significant disparity between the data usage reported by Airtel and the actual data consumption on my mobile device. Despite using only 1 GB of data per day, as per my phone’s data usage statistics, I receive regular reminder messages from Airtel indicating that I have consumed the full 1.5 GB allowance.
I am concerned that this discrepancy indicates a potential discrepancy in data billing or misrepresentation of data usage by Airtel. As a loyal customer, I expect transparency and fair treatment in all aspects of my service.
I kindly request the Consumer Court to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Airtel for possible fraudulent practices. I also request that Airtel be directed to rectify the issue and provide a detailed explanation for the observed discrepancy in data usage.
I trust in the Consumer Court’s commitment to safeguarding consumer rights and ensuring fair practices in the telecommunications industry. I kindly request your intervention and prompt resolution of this matter.
