This is Hariharasuthan from Thiruvarur and I am working in Saudi Arabia since 2016. I have been using my Airtel number (+919629297308) for more than 10 years.
Being in abroad countries, I am unable to make a call to the customer care number directly to complain about my issue since my number has a problem in make/receive calls and messages.
The Problem of my number is that I can’t send/receive any messages and calls. due to that, I am unable to do any kind of online transaction and activation which is usually done with the help of OTP. I never failed to maintain the minimum balance always.
This problem I have been using often and I request a complaint with the previous executive and he had cleared it within a couple of days. Later he has given me Mr.Rajavel (+919600369922) who is available now as a customer executive in my home town thiruvarur.
Due to this issue, I am facing again the same problem and I have informed Mr.Rajavel as I did before. But the first time when I spoke about my problem to him (Mr.Rajavel) he didn’t respond well and he hangs out my call. Then I thought he would be busy, so I tried in next day and he asks my details like my name, area and he hangs out the call again. Then I tried 2 times in next day he didn’t even pick my call.
During this time, I had read the article about SIM Jacking which makes me scared about this case because my Google pay account has an error that I need to register back with my bank account with Google pay Application. And later my credit has been deactivated now which makes more worry on this case.
I am waiting to do transcation for more than 20 days. I have informed these details today when I call Mr.Rajavel and he makes my call on hold and cut my call after a while and he keep reject my call when I tried to call him back to back. He used to talk to me in an informal way which is never appreciated at any time.
Since I don’t have another option to do register my complaint, how can I resolve it?
And the Behaviour of employee makes me worried more about my issues again. and I’m going to pay a penalty fee for all my monthly due amount.
