Text of Complaint by GITA KUNDU:

I have done a WBSEDCL Bill payment by Airtel Thanks App on 23.09.2021. The Bill Amount Deduct my SBI account. But payment has not yet been done to WBSEDCL till now. So I request you solved the problem as early as possible. By Bill Amount Rs. 2832/- & Bill Customer ID 300228491.
