Dear Sir, I am Leena Palwankar esteem customer for airtel DTH service, I have 2 connections , Last year I have took in month of December 2021 new connection of DTH and Error Code for Service signal issues B0001. I have put complaints to customer care
service request of Airtel DigitalTV ID 3016381352 Problem is 69546707 dated 19th of Aug 22, last 7 days no action and meanwhile your Technical service engineer demanding Rs. 150 service charge against visiting charge but if my 2nd connection in warranty than why should I have to pay services charges even my recharge has done on 15th of Aug 22 and from 16th Aug 22 onwards DTH services are not working due to error of signal issues so need your prior action also complaints with refund my recharges amt from 16th Aug 22 till issued resolved date shows 26th Aug 22 it means more than airtle commitment 24 hrs within service they are fail here now its more than 9 days. Expected your Resolution Time with my refund amt. also if this not done on 24th of Aug than take your DISC DTH back and pay me full amt of money with my recharge amt and our harresment alumni amt.
