Text of Complaint by Deepak Kumar:

Sir/madam,

I am regular customer of Airtel. Whenever I have any type of problem related to service, I dial 121 for contacting customer care. But there is no option for talking to customer care. I also emailed my problem to wecare@airtelbank.com. But they never replied. I want to open account in Airtel payment bank urgently, but they did not take it seriously. Please take some action against them.
