Dear sir, i recharged on 30 may of 35 rupees but they deduct rupees 3598 rupees.i complained from last three days but they did not provide any solution..they raise my complaint but my problem is not resolved they dont refund my amount.my complaint no. Is RWRRV5051999316 and transaction id is 190430668774.i have evidence also and i am sending you screenshot. I recharged at 3pm and at that time otp is autofill and actualy i received otp on phone at 4pm when 3598 rupees was deducted from my account….please help me sir …it is my hard earnt money and it is not a small amount…i complained from 30 may but still they do not give me any solution.i requested him to refund my amount but they did not.
