Hello,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Airtel regarding the consistently poor service provided through my Airtel broadband account (Account Number: 20011552924). My name is Sukhwinder Singh, and my contact number is 8076199428.
Since the installation of Airtel broadband at my residence, I have encountered numerous issues. The recurring problem of weekly 6-7 hour internet shutdowns for maintenance, connectivity issues, exorbitant pricing, and the deceptive nature of Airtel’s services have been profoundly frustrating. The lack of competent engineers and unhelpful technicians who merely perform superficial checks without resolving underlying issues have exacerbated this situation.
Despite several complaints and numerous calls to Airtel’s customer service, the resolution offered has consistently been elusive. The recent incident on 11/10/2023, where my internet service was disrupted without any assistance from Airtel, resulted in severe professional repercussions, leading to financial losses due to being unable to attend work.
This consistent failure on Airtel’s part not only impacted my professional life but also left me feeling utterly helpless and regretful for choosing Airtel’s services.
I am demanding a refund of the deducted amount of 12500 rs by my workplace due to the lack of internet service, as well as seeking additional compensations for the inconvenience and financial loss I have incurred. If not addressed satisfactorily, I intend to pursue legal action against Airtel for the deceptive practices and the substantial inconvenience caused.
I trust that the Consumer Complaint Court will investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary steps to rectify these issues.
