Dear Airtel Broadband Customer Support,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue that I have been facing with my Airtel broadband connection since the first month of installation. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the problem, the connectivity issues have not been adequately addressed, leading to significant inconvenience and frustration.

This issue has persisted consistently for several months, severely impacting my productivity and daily routines.
Steps Taken So Far: I would like to highlight that I have made several attempts to resolve the issue by contacting your customer support team on multiple occasions. However, despite their best efforts, the problem remains unresolved. I have followed the troubleshooting steps provided, reset my router numerous times, and even conducted speed tests to confirm the inadequate connection.
Request for Resolution: Given the duration of this ongoing issue and the significant impact on my daily life, I kindly request your immediate attention to address and rectify the connectivity problems associated with my Airtel broadband connection. I believe it is essential to ensure reliable and consistent internet access, as promised in the service agreement.
I would appreciate a thorough investigation into the matter, including an examination of the network infrastructure in my area, potential line faults, or any other technical issues that may be affecting the service quality. Please take the necessary steps to provide a permanent resolution to this problem, ensuring uninterrupted and stable internet connectivity.

Hello, I am writing about unfair billing practices of Airtel Black. My bill is showing Rs.1598 before taxes but is rounded to Rs.1600 and the GST is then applied on Rs. 1600, which becomes Rs. 288. If you charge Rs. 2 extra (just for rounding off) per customer and have 1 crore customers, you are making Rs. 2Crore extra just by not forcing customers to pay your rounded off fees. Rounding can be done on decimals not on whole rupee values. A one rupee coin still holds value in this country. This is an unfair and sneaky billing practice and must be stopped immediately.
