Hello, I Abhishek Das Adhikari recharged my airtel no. through myairtel app using amazonpay of ₹598 and got a discount of ₹40 (i.e 558). I received mail from amazon that my transaction was successful and the amount is debited from my account. I contacted airtel customer service on the same day i.e on 12.07.2020 they told me it will be refunded within 3days. I have attached the receipt for your reference. Please do the needful.
